Bun Loaf - order on line
My Bun Loaf is one of my top selling cakes and is packed full of fruit steeped in a quarter of a pint of locally brewed craft beer. The full recipe includes:
- Local farm eggs
- Butter
- Currants, raisins, sultanas
- 1/4 pint (140ml) Betwixt beer
- Treacle
- Spices
- Dark brown cane sugar
- Finest flour
