My Bun Loaf is one of our top selling cakes and is packed full of fruit steeped in a quarter of a pint of locally brewed craft beer. The full recipe includes:

  • Local farm eggs
  • Butter
  • Currants, raisins, sultanas
  • 1/4 pint (140ml) Betwixt beer
  • Treacle
  • Spices
  • Dark brown cane sugar
  • Finest flour

Ordering

You can buy at any of the markets or you can now order online.

Order a bun loaf online - approximate weight is 1kg and it will be packed and shipped to you via First Class registered post.

Cost is £9.50 + £4.95 P+P

Bunloaves keep and mature! You can store them in an airtight cake tin at room temperature for around 6 weeks.
